Sikkim and Darjeeling (5 Days/4 Nights)

State of Sikkim is bordered by Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal. Part of the Himalayas, the area has a dramatic landscape that includes world’s third highest and India’s highest mountain peak, 8,586m high Kanchenjunga. Sikkim is also home to glaciers, alpine meadows and thousands of varieties of wildflowers. Steep paths lead to hilltop Buddhist monasteries such as Pemayangtse, which dates back to the early 1700s. Gangtok, Sikkim's capital and largest city is abundant in natural beauty and has various natural attractions such as the Tsomgo Lake, Ban Jhakri falls, Tashi viewpoint and more

Day1: Arrival and transfer to GangtokEnjoy the pristine environment and have a leisurely evening with dinner.

Day2: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (Full day). Baba Mandir is a distinguished sightseeing place of Sikkim. This “mandir” or shrine is dedicated to “Baba” Harbhajan Singh, who was a soldier in the Indian Army. He died near the Nathula Pass in eastern Sikkim’. Two shrines have been built to show reverence to Baba Harbhajan Singh.

Day 3: Transfer to Darjeeling. Darjeeling is one of the most scenic and hugely popular hill resorts in India. At 2,134 meters above mean sea level, nestled among rolling mountains, it offers fantastic view of the world's third-highest mountain Kanchenjunga. It is a perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Popular places to visit include Tiger Hill, Batasia Loop, War Memorial, and the Himalayan Zoological Park and Snow Leopard Breeding Centre. Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) affectionately called toy train is another attraction.

Day4: Darjeeling Sightseeing, full day.
